Earth Jurisprudence (EJ):

Earth jurisprudence seeks to establish harmony between humans and the natural world. The diverse perspectives informing this overarching goal address particular issues through unique lenses. Earth Jurisprudence is rooted in an intimate relationship with the natural world, preparing and enabling lawyers to think differently about possible solutions to global ecological challenges. Through a variety of additional articles, books, publications, and other resources, you are invited to explore how the balancing of human needs can also meet the needs of the entire Earth community.
