BIOREGIONALISM & SUSTAINABILITY: A graduate course offered by St. Thomas Univ. in conjunction with the Earth Ethics Institute of Miami Dade College

Educators will explore ways to infuse a sense and spirit of place into their teaching and will be able to help students relate to their bioregions in ways that are ecologically sustainable. Follow link above for detailed course description.

PRECAUTIONARY PRINCIPLE ACADEMY / CLE CREDIT: Precautionary Principle Academy/CLE Credit: Three nationally recognized leaders from the Science and Environmental Health Network, Carolyn Raffensperger, Ted Schlettler and Joe Guth, join forces with local Miami and Orlando experts to discuss the Precautionary Principle and explore its application to local issues.
